SEWING FACTORY
ABOUT US
The Edelweiss garment factory was founded in 2000 as part of an investment project with the German company Lego Beklaidungwerke. Products for the catalogs "Quelle", "Otto", "Neckermann" were produced at the factory.
The customers of the factory at different times were such manufacturers as: RABE Fashion Group, Grosso Moda, Gerry Weber and many others.
Today, the factory staff consists of 90 highly qualified workers with many years of experience in the garment industry.

SEWING SHOP
Tailoring of products at our factory is a high professionalism of the personnel, high-quality result and a responsible approach to business. In the sewing shop of the company the assembly of products from the cut out details is carried out,
The sewing shop is equipped with automated equipment from leading Japanese manufacturers. In the arsenal of production there are programmable semiautomatic devices for performance of specialized operations: loop, button, fixing, binding, pocket, etc.
WTP section
The ironing section is equipped with advanced equipment: multi-tasking ironing tables with heating and extraction, industrial high-pressure steam generators with automatic water supply, steamers and duplicating presses. When sewing any type of product, be sure to follow the rules of preliminary, interoperative and final ironing.
PRODUCT BRANDING
Applying company symbols on clothing, gives the opportunity to once again remind the consumer about the company, product or service.
The process of applying logos / images is performed in our production, which guarantees quality control on our part and compliance with all requirements and specifics of each individual order. We offer:
- embroidery, differs in durability and aesthetic appearance. When branding things, only high-quality colored threads are used;
- Thermal transfer transfer. This technology uses an intermediate carrier based on glue. Images from the film are transferred to the thing, using a special press with clear parameters of temperature and pressing time.
WET TECHNIKAL TREATMENT
The ironing section is equipped with advanced equipment: multi-tasking ironing tables with heating and extraction, industrial high-pressure steam generators with automatic water supply, steamers and duplicating presses. When sewing any type of product, the rules of preliminary, interoperative and final ironing must be followed.
CUTTING AND PREPARATORY SECTION
Cutting is an important stage in the process of manufacturing garments, which largely determines how high quality the finished product will be.
The first transformation of fabric takes place in the cutting shop: from big to small, it is a place where there is a preparation for creation of new clothes.
From the professional qualities of the cutter, his experience, as well as the availability of industrial equipment depends on the sewing speed, as well as savings on the canvas.
Cutting of fabric is carried out by a flooring method with use of disk and saber knives, the tape cutting machine.
